"Suds" is a word, but it's not a plural, so there is no singular. It's one of those weird words defining a substance that ends in 's' and sounds like a plural, but it's not. You can have lots of suds in your bath, but there's no such thing as a single "sud".
As for "vegs", I'm not sure if it's supposed to be the plural of the noun "veg" being short for "vegetable", or the present tense of the verb "veg" being short for "vegetate", meaning "to relax"... either way, it's not really a word. The plural noun would more properly be "veggies", while the verb is a slang, and therefore there's no official convention for that form of present tense. Even if there was, it wouldn't be spelled like that, because you can't attach an 's' to an English word ending in a soft 'g' without a vowel between them (the word would be something like "vegges", it would have to be two syllables, so it couldn't be "vegs").
