I got my 360 yesterday. It was scheduled to ship on 12/20, but it shipped on 12/05. I got the wireless controller and headset on Tuesday and those weren't scheduled to ship until 12/30. I'm only waiting on the wireless keyboard and mouse now. And I'm halfway towards a Zune.
